  • Design A Laboratory With A 20 – 30 Year Capacity
  • Design A Laboratory With A Balance Between Use-Specificity And Maximum Flexibility
  • Maintain And Enhance The Deep Commitment To Academic Medicine And Clinical Excellence
  • Develop A Space Program
  • Develop Schematic Design Drawings
  • Assess The Feasibility Of Existing Potential Campus-Sites
